Hi all! Soooo…I have been M.I.A this summer and haven’t written as much as I have wanted to. So sorry! I’ve been busy enjoying my favorite season in New England. As the summer comes to an end, I’m getting back into writing. I have lots of exciting things to write about, so stay tuned. In the meantime, here are a couple fun things that I got up to this summer – you’ll be hearing more in the upcoming blogs.
- As much as I’m still enjoying wine, I’ve been enjoying time at some local breweries – love having local beer. Check out Lamplighter and Mystic Brewery – easy to get to and worth the delicious brew!
- My second hobby has become stalking JetBlue for the latest deals! There are so many great deals they have, especially if you’re flexible with your dates. And with those deals….
- I’m plotting my move to Bermuda. I went to Bermuda twice – in July and September. The island is absolutely gorgeous, <2 hour flight from Boston direct (on JetBlue), the food is delicious, and the people are so friendly. Can’t wait to plan my next trip!
- Amidst all the fun, my knee has been acting up. Cue Sad Panda face. I’ve been pushing it too much and it got so bad that I didn’t even feel safe driving my car because of the pain of bringing my leg from the pedal to the break. Just got an MRI last week and figuring out what to do next….my dreaming of going back to ballet will have to take a back seat for a bit 🙁
Can’t wait to fill you all in on everything else I’ve been doing and write more about the items above. Welcome fall….but please, stay in the 80s (with sun of course)!
